Mahatma Gandhi said 'The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others'. Vanasri Nalamala Proddutur has always aspired to follow the path of service and empowering others. She has a strong foundation with degrees including MA psychology from Osmania University, M Phill, diplomas in psychological counselling from Vellore medical college,diploma in early childhood education all of which has helped her be effective in her goal to serve. She has spent the last 25 years contributing to causes including working as a psychologist at Roshni (serving suicidal and depressed), director women skill development at CR foundation, board member at Kasthurba women's college, psycologist at care hospital, contributor at institute of public enterprise on women and child welfare projects in tribal areas. She is the founder of PEP (Pratyush Education Project) and an active Rotarian. She is a proud daughter and a devoted mother and has a burning desire to help underserved women and children and she believes she is just getting started.
